The Peoples Marketplace (TPM) is dedicated to creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all vendors, sponsors, and attendees. This Community Agreement outlines our shared expectations to ensure a positive experience for everyone. By participating in the fair, we kindly ask that all parties commit to the following guidelines.

Respect

We encourage all participants to treat each other with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior of any kind is discouraged. We kindly ask that attendees behave respectfully towards vendors, organizers, and fellow attendees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

Attendees are expected to respect the property of others, including vendor booths and sponsor displays. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the individual.

Inclusivity

We celebrate our differences and strive to create an inclusive environment for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, or religion.

Health and Safety

Vendors should adhere to all local health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

TPM is an alcohol-free event.

The consumption, sale, or distribution of alcohol (and drugs) is not permitted within the event premises.

Promotion

All promotional activities should be conducted in a professional and respectful manner, avoiding aggressive sales tactics.

Prohibited Items

Attendees are not allowed to bring alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances into the event.

Incident Reporting

Any concerns or violations of this Community Agreement should be reported to event organizers immediately. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Confidentiality

Reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality to protect the privacy of all parties involved.

Enforcement

The event organizers reserve the right to address any issues at their discretion. Violations may result in warnings, removal from the event, and/or banning from future events.

Legal Action

In cases involving illegal activities, appropriate legal action may be taken.
