Expected attendance 1,000-1,500 people
Who should apply:
Artisans, artists, designers, food + beverage vendors, wellness practitioners, authors, advocacy organizations, and brands with a strong cultural or community focus.
What it means to join the pool:
Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee placement. It allows us to review your work, understand your offerings, and reach out when a future event is a good fit.

– Cultural or community-rooted storytelling
– Professional conduct and clear communication
– Alignment with our values
The Peoples Marketplace selects vendors based on how well their products are likely to sell with our audience and in the local area. We also limit overlap in categories, ensuring vendors have a fair chance to succeed while meeting the needs of our diverse community. New businesses/start-ups are prioritized.
How to be a vendor
To join you will need to:

Upon confirmation that you have been selected as a vendor we will send you an email with instructions on how to pay your booth fee and join our WhatsApp group
Booth assignments are provide 3-5 days before the event.
Booth info
You will need to bring your own tables, tents, chairs, tablecloths, lights, and extension cords (recommended length: 100 feet)
All booth size and placement and size are assigned in advance by the organizers according to vendor needs and venue capacity.
Set up begins 90 minutes before listed start time, break down in 60 minutes after listed end time.

Vendor fees
Regular size booth: $200
Large booth: $275
Mental health practitioners and non-profit orgs are exempt from fees.
