Vendors wanted:
We have very limited spaces for:
2 hot food vendors (one vegan, one regular)
2-3 drink vendors (coffee, juices, tea)
2 dessert vendors
5 farmers market vendors with homemade/grown products
5 retail brands
2-4 Mental health/wellness practitioners and/or orgs
4 Grassroots education, activism, and advocacy orgs
Selection process
The Peoples Marketplace selects vendors based on how well their products are likely to sell with our audience and in the local area. We also limit overlap by offering category exclusivity, making sure vendors have a fair chance to succeed while meeting the needs of our diverse community.
How to be a vendor
To join you will need to:

Upon confirmation that you have been selected as a vendor we will send you an email with instructions on how to pay your booth fee
Booth assignments are provide 3-5 days before the event.

ALL VENDORS
You will need to bring your own tables, tablecloths, and extension cords (minimum 50 feet)
All booth placement and size are assigned in advance by the organizers according to vendor needs and venue capacity.
Set up begins 60 minutes before listed start time, break down in 60 minutes after listed end time.
You can let us know if you have any special needs in the application below.
OUTISDE AREA
FOOD AREA: Drinks + desserts, food trucks, and vendors who will be cooking
The Food area is in full sunlight until 8pm and you will need to bring your own tents or umbrella
FARMERS MARKET: Homegrown, artisanal food products
INDOOR WAREHOUSE
MAKERS MARKET: retail vendors + NGOs will be in a mostly indoor warehouse space with plenty of outlets.
Vendor fees
$100
Non-profit orgs are exempt from fees
Empowerment grant
You can apply for an Empowerment Grant to waive your vendor fee through the application below
Grants are subject to availability
You will be notified in advance if you are awarded a grant
