Selection process

The Peoples Marketplace selects vendors based on how well their products are likely to sell with our audience and in the local area. We also limit overlap by offering category exclusivity, making sure vendors have a fair chance to succeed while meeting the needs of our diverse community.

How to be a vendor

To join you will need to:

  1. Fill out the form below

  2. Upon confirmation that you have been selected as a vendor we will send you an email with instructions on how to pay your booth fee and join our WhatsApp group

  3. Booth assignments are provide 3-5 days before the event.

Booth info

  • The event will take place in a parking lot in full sunlight

  • You will need to bring your own tables, tents, chairs, tablecloths, lights, and extension cords (recommended length: 100 feet)

  • All booth placement and size are assigned in advance by the organizers according to vendor needs and venue capacity.

  • Set up begins 60 minutes before listed start time, break down in 60 minutes after listed end time.

  • You can let us know if you have any special needs in the application below.

Vendor fees

  • $100

  • Mental health practitioners and non-profit orgs are exempt from fees

Empowerment grant

  • You can apply for an Empowerment Grant to waive your vendor fee through the application below

  • Grants are subject to availability

  • You will be notified in advance if you are awarded a grant
