How to be a vendor

To join you will need to:

  1. Fill out the form below

  2. Upon confirmation that you have been selected as a vendor we will send you an email with instructions on how to:

    • Pay your booth fee

    • Submit your Damage Guarantee form (required by venue for all)

    • Submit your catering authorization form (required by venue for food vendors who will be cooking on site)

FOOD FESTIVAL: Food trucks and vendors who will be cooking

  • The Food Festival is in full sunlight and you will need to bring your own tents, tables, and extension cords (min 100 ft)

  • Food Festival spaces are sized according to vendor needs

  • There is a large shaded picnic area for guests to enjoy their food.

  • The venue requires you to provide grease resistant floor mats, cardboard, or plastic to place underneath cooking equipment

PERFORMANCE COURTYARD: Drinks + desserts/Wellness experts

MAKERS MARKET: retail vendors + NGOs will be in the indoor ballroom

  • Indoor and Performance Courtyard booths are either 8x8 or 10x10 feet

  • We will provide one 8-foot or 10-foot table and two chairs (tablecloth not provided)

  • Vendors wishing to have more tables/space must indicate in the application below- additional fees apply

  • You can view a virtual tour of the indoor Makers Market @ 04:50 and the outdoor Performance Courtyard @ 06:45.

  • We encourage you to make your booth as attractive as possible

  • Please note the venue does not allow anything to be hung on the interior or exterior walls, candles, and fog machines

  • All booth placement and size are assigned in advance by the organizers. You can let us know if you have any special needs in the application below.

  • We will inform you of your booth location and size one week before the event

Vendor fees

  • Early bird (before April 15): $100

  • After April 15: $125

  • Non-profit orgs are exempt from fees

Empowerment grant

  • You can apply for an Empowerment Grant to waive your vendor fee through the application below

  • Grants are subject to availability

  • You will be notified in advance if you are awarded a grant

Venue + logistics

SET UP/BREAK DOWN

  • Set up begins at 12pm, let us know in the application below if you need more time

  • You can pull your car directly into one of our two loading docks

  • Push carts and volunteers available to help with load in
